Reviews and Ratings
The hotel's rooms were decorated very nicely and all flow together well, showing thoughtful design. However, they were average size or smaller due to the proximity of the railroad, resulting in noise from trains. The service was fantastic, courteous, and dependable, especially with restaurant suggestions and beyond customer service. Conveniently located for the EWU homecoming football game, with nearby restaurants, the mall, and Spokane Falls/Dam, the B level itself was small and crowded with high ceilings and noise. Dining in the morning was nothing short of amazing with delicious food, including buttery croissants. Overall, the hotel's facilities were modern and the breakfast was a highlight.
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious, with a refrigerator, but the decor felt a bit outdated despite the functional layout. The service was friendly and efficient, although reception could be a bit brusque. The location was ideal for exploring downtown on foot, but it was a downside to be near the railroad tracks. The dining experience was exceptional, with delicious options, but the facilities were somewhat lacking.
I had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were beautifully decorated with a tasteful safari theme on the 21st floor of the Historical original building, and they were absolutely spotless. The service was top-notch, truly understanding what guest service is all about, and they even handled the 'free breakfast' for Platinum Elite members perfectly. The location was perfect for us to enjoy dinners and stroll around, being central and close to restaurants and the river park. The dining experience was nothing short of amazing, with delicious cooked-to-order meals. Overall, a fantastic experience with just a few minor drawbacks.
